Dr. Bumpus, a graduate of Baylor University and Southwestern Seminary, comes to San Angelo after 14 years of ministry at First Baptist Church, Mineral Wells. He and his wife, Earl Ann, also a graduate of Southwestern, have two children; their daughter, Katy, is a junior at Mary Hardin Baylor and their son, Marshall, will enter Baylor in the fall.
Ronnie was born in Louisiana and came to Texas as soon as he could: two days later. He received his B.A. in Religion from Louisiana Baptist College and his Th.M. from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Liz Hanberry Laughlin. They have two children, Stephen and Lisa, and six grandchildren. Ronnie is the Associate Pastor and is also responsible for Adult Education and Missions. He likes to hunt and fish when he can. His passions are missions and evangelism.

Mark Moeller is a military brat who attended five different elementary schools. Although a native of South Carolina, he calls Texas home. He has served on the ministry team of First Baptist Church San Angelo since 1993. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mark has also completed a Doctorate (D.W.S.) from the Institute for Worship Studies. He also serves as Adjunct Professor of Worship at Lincoln Christian Seminary in Lincoln, Illinois. Mark and his wife, Lisa have two sons, Nathan and Ryan. Lisa is a gifted kindergarten teacher.
